PERSONAL GROWTH is a HUGE and VITAL part of your Arbonne Business…if YOU don’t grow, your business will not grow.  Please understand this and embrace it as soon as possible!  You can experience personal growth and development in many different ways but here are a few of my favorites for online sources and for books.  Remember if you struggle with reading or with time for reading most of the books are available online or in CD in downloadable formats.  My car is a university on wheels…why waste that time when you can be growing your mind while driving.

I have invested in some coaches and companies that were wonderful and some that I'e decided not be stick with.  One organization that is a "stick with" is called Mentorfish.com .  I've met the founder Keith Kochner a few times and I totally believe he is authentic and working on being God's hands and feet in this world by helping people unlock their greatness!  Membership is only $10 a month and gives you TONS of resources, plus your spouse receives a membership for free with yours.  Jimmy and I have done the virtual boot camps together and they are AMAZING for life change!!!!!  Can't say enough about it.

I also love to go online with you tube and listen to Eric Thomas the hip hop preacher...he gives me so much inspiration.  His website http://etinspires.com/   I usually watch him on you tube and all his videos are great!  He has great steps to achieve personal and professional success.

Eric Worre is another great source and you can google his material as well Darren Hardy (definitely one of my favorites), Tony Robbins and one of my all time favorites, the late Jim Rohn and the  late Zig Ziglar who taught many of these personal growth gurus.  Google their names and you will find countless videos and audios as well as books etc.  If you need help sorting through please ask your upline as I'm sure they have had experience with many different books, cds and growth material.

Below you will find an ongoing list of some of my top reads, and some that are on my list of "to reads".

If you are serious about your business, make sure you are on every team call, at every team meeting and strive to earn every retreat and incentive trip you can!  The information you gain and the relationships you build are priceless!
